Developers, especially on villa projects, stress Turkish koçan. That stress can be a marketing sentence. We do not say ‘it is Turkish koçan’ before the title record is seen.

Foreign buyers

Type alone does not remove the purchase permit (PTP). 2026 rules can change; current administration practice is with a lawyer.
