Search asks for the decree number directly. The PTP page is the permit step; this page accepts that a 2026 frame exists and does not invent figures.
What is not written?
Fee percentages and day counts from Evlek, Tekçe or agency sites are not pasted here. They can change. The decision is your lawyer’s.
Practical note for buyers
On off-plan reservation, contract language, permit and fee items are separate headings. Write your project on the form; we can talk through a current administration summary at the office.
