Handover window
Ultramarine Nuance has been handed over. Writing a single turnkey day misleads; the window updates as the phase advances.
In Esentepe, Girne, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.
We do not publish a guaranteed handover day or a rental-occupancy promise.
Payment timeline
First meeting
Stock, koçan type and the current table are confirmed at the Adana office.
Deposit
Zero-deposit or launch campaigns depend on the period; the current rate is confirmed at the Adana office.
Interim payments
Term and interest-free instalments change by project. The current table is confirmed at the Adana office.
Handover and title
The handover window and the title / PTP process are separate steps. There is no percentage yield promise.
Home types
Koçan note
Koçan type (Turkish, equivalent, allocation, Greek) changes by project and parcel. This page is not legal advice; title and PTP sit in the guides, confirmation is at the office.
