How the price is clarified
The unit price for The Nest changes with stock and floor plan. Home types run from studio to penthouse. When type and period change, the figure changes too.
Deposit and term follow the current launch table; sterling prices and the payment plan are confirmed at the Adana office.

Handover and title
The handover window and the title / PTP process are separate steps. There is no percentage yield promise.
