Handover window
SOLEA by Ozyalcin is currently on sale. Writing a single turnkey day misleads; the window updates as the phase advances.
In Ozankoy, Girne, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.
We do not publish a guaranteed handover day or a rental-occupancy promise.
