In Geçitkale, Gazimağusa, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.

Deposit
The deposit rate changes by project and period. It is confirmed on request.
Interim payments (156 months)
A 156-month term or interest-free instalments can be periodic. The current plan is asked separately.
Handover and title
The handover window and the title / PTP process are separate steps. There is no percentage yield promise.
