Handover window
MoonLight Villas has been handed over. Writing a single turnkey day misleads; the window updates as the phase advances.
In Girne hatti, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.
We do not publish a guaranteed handover day or a rental-occupancy promise.

Handover and title
