Handover window
Mediterra has been handed over. Writing a single turnkey day misleads; the window updates as the phase advances.
In Alsancak, Girne, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.
We do not publish a guaranteed handover day or a rental-occupancy promise.
