How to read it
We weigh ELEGANCE by putting the Ardem Construction portfolio and Lefkoşa neighbours side by side.
A single complaint on review sites does not replace koçan type or the handover window. We build the shortlist at the Adana office.
There is no yield percentage, occupancy or credit-approval promise.

Handover and title
The handover window and the title / PTP process are separate steps. There is no percentage yield promise.
