Handover window
Aloha Life has been handed over. Writing a single turnkey day misleads; the window updates as the phase advances.
In Bahceli / Esentepe, Girne, handover runs separately from title and the purchase permit. It is confirmed at the office together with stock.
We do not publish a guaranteed handover day or a rental-occupancy promise.
