These procedures define baseline compliance steps before showing projects, sharing reservation guidance, or transmitting offers.

Prospective Client Identification Requirements

1Prospective buyers or renters may be asked to provide a valid photo identification before receiving project-level support.

2When represented by a licensed professional, identification may be presented by the representative in accordance with local practice.

3A property owner or project-side party may apply additional verification steps for access or offer review.

Exclusive Broker Agreement

1An exclusive brokerage agreement is not automatically required before initial advisory services.

2Where a specific project requires non-standard commission handling, an exclusive agreement may be requested with advance notice.

3If exclusivity is requested for a property category, it should be applied with consistent standards.

Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds

1Proof of funds may be requested before forwarding purchase or rental offers to project or owner representatives.

2Additional financial documents may be requested by project, owner, or third-party transaction participants.
